Incorporation into RNA/miRNA by

  • 3'-End Labeling with T4 RNA Ligase[1]

Description:
pCp-Cy5 is recommended for 3'-End Labeling of RNA/miRNA with T4 RNA Ligase that conjugates a single dye molecule to the 3'-OH group of the RNA/miRNA template. The resulting Dye-labeled RNA/miRNA probes are ideally suited for hybridization experiments such as microarray-based expression profiling or electro mobility shift assays (EMSA).

Please note: Protect the Dye-labeled pCp from exposure to light and carry out experimental procedures under low light conditions.
