Reverse Transcription & RT-PCR

In this section you can find everything related to classical Reverse Transcription and realtime RT-PCR. We offer you liquid RT-qPCR master mixes for Direct Amplification, for Detection with Dual labelled Probes (e.g. TaqMan®) or with a green-fluorescent DNA stain (structurally similar to SYBR GREEN®) as well as Lyophilisates and Dual labelled Fluorescent Probes. Master mixes and Components for Endpoint reactions and cDNA synthesis are all available in the section Components & Classics.

All our master mixes contain in-house produced polymerases and nucleotides of highest quality. Master mixes based on the detection with our green-fluorescent DNA stain (structurally similar to SYBR® GREEN) are most useful for setting up Singleplex reactions, whereas Mixes based on the usage of dual labelled probes (e.g. TaqMan®) are recommended for highly specific and simultaneous detection of multiple targets.

From crude extract to quantitative analysis – this can be reached fastest by our Direct Amplification master mixes which come along with an extraction buffer compatible to the subsequent RT-qPCR.
