3'-End RNA Labeling (T4 RNA Ligase 1-based)

One-step labeling of short RNA is achieved via T4 RNA Ligase 1-mediated incorporation of labeled pCps.

We selected a set of hydrophilic fluorescent dyes with remarkable photostability that are thus ideally suited for fluorescence imaging applications. Biotin- and Desthiobiotin labeling allows efficient RNA pull-down.
