Description:
LEXSY Neo is an aminoglycoside antibiotic used for the selection of recombinant Leishmania strains. It can also be used for the selection of other recombinant organisms expressing the APH gene encoding aminoglycoside 3'-phosphotransferase.
Selection:
For selection of recombinant Leishmania strains LEXSY Neo is added to the growth medium to a final concentration of 50 μg/ml.
