Preparation: Lysate in glycine buffer (pH 9.5) with 2% (w/v) noctylglucoside.
Inactivation: This product has been treated with heat (1 hour, 65°C), phenol (0.5 % (w/w)) and detergent. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
