Description:
Ras-binding domain (RBD) of the human RalGDS, comprises amino acids 788-885 (97aa) of wild type. RalGDS (Ral-guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator) is the guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for the Ras-related protein Ral. The GEF-activity of RalGDS is stimulated by binding of Ras. The GST-tag facilitates the protein`s application in typical GST pull down assays.
