Description:
DFHBI is cell-permeable and can be used for in vitro and live cell detection of RNA provided with a DFHBI-specific RNA sequence (DFHBI aptamer) such as Spinach, Spinach2 or Broccoli.[1-3]

Fluorescence is activated upon binding to a matching aptamer sequence:
