Description:
Rhotekin (from the Japanese teki, meaning target) is an effector of the Rho-GTPases that was previously identified in mice. GST-RhotekinRBD is a glutathione S-transferase (GST)-fusion protein of the Rho-binding domain (RBD) of Rhotekin. The N-terminal peptide of Rhotekin contains the amino acids 1-89 comprising the Rho-binding domain between amino acids 7 and 89. The GST-Tag facilitates the protein`s application in typical GST pull down assays.
