Description:
Methyl-Tetrazine Agarose is a 6 % crosslinked agarose resin that is activated with methyltetrazine functional groups for covalent immobilization of TCO-modified biomolecules utilizing extremely fast Inverse electron demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reaction. This product is ideally suited for preparation of high capacity protein agarose media with almost quantitative capture of proteins.

Degree of substitution: 10-20 μmol Tetrazine-groups/ml resin, supplied in a 50 % slurry

Matrix: 6 % cross-linked agarose

Bead size: 50-150 μm, spherical
