Rabbit anti-Perisulfakinin specificity was performed by an ELISA using different insect neuropeptide conjugates: Perisulfakinin-G-PL, Allatostatin A1-G-PL, Allatostatin A3-G-PL, Proctolin-G-PL, LocustatachykininII-G-PL, FMRF-amid-GA-PL, CCAP-G-PL, M1-G-PL, Leucomyosuppressin-G-PL, Corazonin-G-PL. A weekly cross-reactivity to other RF-neuropeptides are visible (see ELISA test)
