JBScreen Kinase is a highly specialized screen formulated to identify promising crystallization conditions for your exciting new protein kinase!
We prepare high-quality reagents with great care (and love!) ensuring elaborate and reproducible crystallization experiments.
JBScreen Kinase combines the following key features:
- a variety of different precipitating agents, i.e. MPD, Ammonium Sulfate and various molecular weight PEGs,
- buffers covering a pH range from 3.1 – 10.0 and
- numerous additives.
The 96 unique solutions are sterile filtered (0.2 μm filter) and filled under sterile conditions – ready-to-use for your crystallization experiments.
