We significantly improved our qPCR MultiplexMaster Kit making it more robust against common PCR inhibitors while keeping its high sensitivity and reproducibility. Now you can easily analyze 4 targets and more without losing signal strength.
The qPCR MultiplexMaster Kit is a master mix designed for the quantitative real-time analysis of pre-purified DNA coming from various sources such as blood, swabs, animal or plant tissue.
The system overcomes multiplex limitations of conventional qPCR probe mixes combining an above-average robustness with an excellent sensitivity for amplification of lowest template amounts.
The 2x concentrated master mix contains all reagents required for qPCR including a highly processive hot-start polymerase and ultra-pure dNTPs – just add your extracted template, primers and TaqMan® probes and you are ready to go.
For your convenience, dual-labelled probes are also available in our online web shop in a variety of combinations with the most common fluorophores and quenchers.

Our MultiplexMaster Kit can also be used for direct amplification without prior DNA purification by adding our Extraction Buffer #PCR-534 to the sample.
