Description:
InfiniteGreen Fluorescent DNA Stain is a saturating dsDNA-binding fluorescent dye developed as a functional alternative and replacement to EvaGreen® dye for real-time PCR (qPCR) and high-resolution melting (HRM) analysis. The dye shows strong fluorescence enhancement upon binding to double-stranded DNA and is designed for use in PCR-based DNA detection workflows. InfiniteGreen is particularly suitable for applications requiring saturating dye conditions, including HRM analysis, genotyping, mutation screening and melt curve-based amplicon analysis.

InfiniteGreen Fluorescent DNA Stain is supplied as a 100 μM solution. Vortex thoroughly before use. A final concentration of 1.0 - 1.5 μM is recommended. Optimal concentration may depend on the instrument, assay chemistry, amplicon length and PCR setup. For quantitative PCR, preparation of a master mix is recommended to reduce pipetting errors and improve reproducibility.

Recommended final concentration
Add InfiniteGreen Fluorescent DNA Stain to each reaction as indicated in the table below.
For instrument setup, use the optical channel commonly used for EvaGreen®, SYBR® Green or FAM detection.
