Description:
dNTP Mix GCamplifier is specially designed for amplification of GC-rich DNA templates. The kit contains a modified dGTP analog that significantly reduces the stability of GC-rich sequences thereby enhancing PCR efficiency. The dNTP PCR Mix GCamplifier is used instead of a standard dNTP mix.
