RNase A specifically cleaves at the 3'-side of pyrimidine (uracil or cytosine) phosphate bonds
optimum reaction temperature: 60 °C (working range 15-70 °C)
optimum pH value: 7.5 (working range 6-10)
Reconstitution: RNase A should be dissolved at a concentration of 1 to 10 mg/ml in 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 15 mM NaCl.
