Description:
Through the use of advanced data mining, crystallization conditions of kinases have been identified from published structures. Data evaluation and verification resulted in the formulation of 96 unique reagents, highly effective for the crystallization of kinases.
JBScreen Kinase is a highly specialized screen formulated for the determination of initial crystallization conditions of protein kinases.

Content:
HTS plate containing JBScreen Kinase Set 1 - 4, 96 buffer solutions x 1.7 ml each, with with a variety of different precipitating agents, i.e. various molecular weight PEGs, MPD and Ammonium Sulfate, in combination with buffers covering a pH range from 3,1 – 10,0 and numerous additives.

All solutions are sterile filtered (0.2 μm), filled under sterile conditions and contain 0.1% ProClinTM 950 as preservative to prevent the growth of microbes. (ProClin is a trademark of LANXESS Corp.)
