Here we introduce our genetically optimized Saphir Bst2.0 Polymerase that allows even faster amplification at constant temperature. Receive results in less than 30 min time (Fig. 1). No extensive purification steps are required since Saphir Bst2.0 Polymerase is robust against sample matrix.
