Traditional dyes such as Fluorescein or TAMRA are often hampered by low photostability and/or low hydrophilicity. Both however are critical parameter for detection sensitivity and bioconjugate solubility, respectively.
AZDyes (structural analogs to Alexa Fluor® dyes) are hydrophilic fluorescent dyes with remarkable photostability. We now offer both functionalized AZDyes and AZDye-nucleotide conjugates. CLICK AZDyes are routinely used for Click Chemistry – based labeling.
