A new set of in vitro Transcription Kits and reagents is now available from Jena Bioscience.

We introduce our new SCRIPT Reverse Transcriptase, a genetically engineered M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase with increased thermal stability. This enzyme shows very high sensitivity and specificity, and allows efficient cDNA synthesis from 100 bp to 10 kb.
