(1) JBSCREEN SINGLE STOCKS
|
| |
Our JBScreen Single Stocks were largely extended. They come at predefined concentrations allowing rapid preparation of all JBScreen reagents by simply mixing the stocks, e.g. using automatic pipetting systems.
In addition, JBScreen Single Stocks are ideal for reproduction and optimization. Using the same chemicals as utilized in the JBScreens ensures reproducibility of hits and allows efficient and straightforward set up of crystal optimization experiments.

(2) ROCKMACKER XML BASED FILE FORMAT
|
| |
For all screens of the JBScreen family, the Rockmaker XML files can be downloaded from our website.
Each screen condition is listed with the individual stock solutions required for reproducing the condition. Further, detailed ingredient information, such as names, aliases, CAS numbers and buffer data are supplied.
For download please follow this link:

(3) JBS CRYSTAL DYES
|
| |
With the help of JBS Crystal Dyes you can discriminate between macromolecular crystals and salt crystals within minutes. Whatever suits your taste, you can stain your crystals blue, purple, green or red. All our crystal dyes are small molecules which are able to permeate the solvent channels of proteins and thus, staining them. In contrast, salt crystals will remain colorless.
