(1) TANTALUM CLUSTER DERIVATIZATION KIT
|
| |
The Tantalum Cluster Derivatization Kit was developed in cooperation with Proteros Biostructures GmbH and contains 6 solid aliquots of the Tantalum Bromide Cluster. This electron-rich compound is used for the preparation of heavy-atom derivatives for the structure determination of biological macromolecules.
Tantalum Bromide Clusters can be employed in single and multiple isomorphous replacement (SIR and MIR) experiments in order to induce measurable changes of the diffraction intensities required for phase calculation. Furthermore, the Tantalum Bromide Cluster contains two strong anomalous scatterers suitable for multiple anomalous diffraction (MAD) experiments.
Please check out http://www.jenabioscience.com/cms/en/1/catalog/1166 for more information.

(2) HALOGENATED DNA OLIGONUCLEOTIDES
|
| |
Phase Problems? Use our modified DNA oligonucleotides to introduce heavy atoms in your DNA binding protein.
We offer iodo-labelled and bromo-labelled oligos which can be employed in MIR and MAD experiments, respectively. All possible modifications are available as standard catalog products at very competitive prices!

(4) CyBi®-CrystalCreator
|
| |
CyBio's new workstation for protein crystallography, the CyBi®-CrystalCreator, automates all pipetting steps for conditions screening to scale-up applications. Dispensing down to 0.1 µL protein and reagent drops during the condition screening enables significant reagent savings. Handling of higher volumes up to 25 µL drops is also possible to produce large, analyzable crystals in scale-up experiments.
