    (1) ATTO MB2-LABELED NUCLEOTIDES – A REDOX LABEL BASED ON METHYLENE BLUE

ATTO MB2 is a derivative of the well-known redox dye Methylene Blue. The dye can be reversibly reduced to the colorless leuko form. Upon oxidation (e.g. with oxygen) the dye recovers and the absorption is fully restored. The dye shows a high extinction coefficient and is suitable for labeling of DNA and RNA.

    (2) FLUORESCENCE QUENCHER-LABELED NUCLEOTIDES

Fluorescent Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) is a widely used tool in biophysics and biochemistry for elucidation of protein-protein interactions, protein-DNA interactions, and protein conformational changes.

Jena Bioscience offers a comprehensive choice of fluorescence quencher-labeled nucleotides
to be used in FRET experiments!

    (3) FLUORESCENT NUCLEOTIDES

Fluorescent nucleotides have found a plethora of applications in life science such as signal transduction research of G-proteins and kinases, as probes for ATP-utilizing proteins, or for labeling of DNA through incorporation by polymerases.

Jena Bioscience offers a vast selection of nucleotides that are labeled with fluorescent dyes at various positions utilizing different linker types and lenghts!
