• allow fusion to a C-terminal affinity tag


• are available with four different selection markers.

• Clone 3' into Nhe I, MspC I (Afl II), or Kpn I in frame with a His₆ stretch (H6), and purify by metal affinity


• Clone 5' into Bgl II, Nco I or Sla I (Xho I) site and get cytosolic expression


• Clone 5' into Sal I or Xba I, in frame with a signal peptide (SP), and get secretory expression.
