(1) HIGH TRANSFECTION EFFICIENCY WITH SIMPLIFIED PROTOCOL

For more efficacy & convenience, the protocol for LEXSY host transfection was greatly simplified:

Efficient transfection with only 20...200 ng DNA per plate
Standard Miniprep DNA works fine, no need for larger scale DNA preps
Additional washing steps or buffer solutions no longer required

Comparable transfection^* rates achieved with 20...200 ng DNA per plate
