Fluorescently labeled nucleotides are used in a plethora of applications, such as DNA labeling by PCR, DNA Sequencing or investigation of Protein-Nucleotide interactions.
In our Nucleotide-Dye-Matrix we cross-link 30 different nucleotides with 45 different fluorescent and quencher dyes – resulting in 1350 individiual conjugates, available off the shelf!
Our nucleotides cover all four bases as well as ribo- and deoxy-analogs. The dyes were thoroughly selected to cover the entire visible spectrum, to feature superiour optical properties, and to fit the common commercial light sources and filter systems.
Choose from important nucleotide analogs such as Aminoallyl-dUTP, Propargylamino-dCTP, EDA-ATP or 7-Deaza-7-propargylamino-dGTP, and have them conjugated with classic or high-tech dyes such as Cy3, Cy5, ATTO 488, FAM or MANT.
