Scheme Baseclick Kits
BaseClick™- and Oligo-Click-Kits contain all necessary reagents to label your alkyne-modified oligonucleotides and alkyne-modified PCR-products with marker azides of your choice via Cu-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction.

Alkyne-modified oligos and alkyne-modified PCR-products can be prepared by solid phase synthesis (use our Alkyne-containing Phosphoramidites) or enzymatic synthesis (PCR; use our Alkyne-containing Nucleotides).
You also can use our PCR-Click-Kits, an easy-to-use kit for both, PCR production of alkyne-modified DNA and labeling with marker azides, in one kit.
