Includes compounds that increase membrane permeability / reduce proteolytic degradation of CPPs / trigger cargo release from endosomes. Fluorescent protein (Atto488-BSA) and nucleoside triphosphate (Atto488-dUTP) serve as monitor and control substance for internalization of proteins/enzymes and nucleotides, respectively.
