Each Nucleotide Library comprises 80 different Adenosine or Guanosine nucleotides. 200 µl of a 1 mM aqueous solution at pH 7.5 are delivered per compound, packed in individual 1.4 ml size polypropylene tubes in 96 well racks. Columns 11 and 12 are left empty for control purposes.
