Wizard™ III is a random sparse matrix with 48 new highly effective formulations for protein crystal growth. This solution set is comprised of 48 published conditions, which have been proven to be highly effective for use in the initial screening of biological macromolecules (Page et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:1028; Wooh et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:769). 10 ml each prepared with ultra-pure chemicals and water (18.2 Megohm-cm) followed by sterile 0.22 micron filtration into sterile 15 ml tubes.

Wizard™ IV complements the Wizard I, II and III random sparse matrices with 48 new and highly effective formulations for protein crystal growth.

Wizard™ III & IV in a 96 Well Block Plate: The full 96 unique formulations of the Wizard™ III and IV.
1.0 ml each prepared with ultra-pure chemicals and water (18.2 Megohm-cm) followed by sterile 0.22 micron filtration into a sterile 96 deep well matrix block plate that is sealed with a sterile reusable matte cover.
