Wizard III
|
Wizard™ III is a complement to the Wizard™ I&II random sparse matrices with 48 new highly effective formulations for protein crystal growth. This solution set is comprised of 48 published conditions, which have been proven to be highly effective for use in the initial screening of biological macromolecules (Page et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:1028; Wooh et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:769). 10 ml each prepared with ultra-pure chemicals and water (18.2 Megohm-cm) followed by sterile 0.22 micron filtration into sterile 15 ml tubes.

Wizard™ III in a 96 Well Block Plate: The 48 unique formulations of the Wizard™ III screen which have been proven to be highly effective for use in the initial screening of biological macromolecules (Page et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:1028; Wooh et al. (2003) Acta Cryst. D 59:769). 1.7 ml each prepared with ultra-pure chemicals and water (18.2 Megohm-cm) followed by sterile 0.22 micron filtration into a sterile 96 deep well matrix block plate that is sealed with a sterile reusable matte cover.
