5x Taq Master / high yield
PCR grade water
Taq Master / high yield is recommended for use in routine PCR reactions. It is optimized for high efficiency and gives superior amplification results in a broad range of reaction conditions with most primer-template pairs. Note that the mix is based on a detergent containing buffer system not recommended for plate based PCR and automated pipetting.

5x Hot Start Master
PCR grade water
Hot Start Master provides improved specificity and sensitivity when amplifying low-copy-number targets in complex backgrounds or when prolonged room-temperature set up is required. The polymerase activity is blocked at ambient temperature and switched on automatically at the onset of the initial denaturation. The thermal activation prevents the extension of nonspecifically annealed primers and primer-dimers formed at low temperatures during PCR setup.
Activation step
Hot Start Master requires no prolonged heating or denaturing step. The polymerase inhibiting ligand is quickly released at the increased temperature of thermal cycling.

2x Multiplex Master
PCR-grade water
Multiplex Master contains all reagents (except primer and template) in a 2x concentrated ready-to-use solution.
The master mix is specially designed for the set-up of multiplex PCR reactions. It contains an optimized composition of polymerase, nucleotides, MgCl2 and stabilizing components in the specifically developed buffer system allowing the parallel amplification of a multitude of fragments in a single PCR assay.
The kit is recommended for use in routine PCR reactions and highly suitable for multiple target gene amplification in a single tube.
