Each DNA Ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments and is supplied in ready-to-load format containing tracking dye. The ladders allow sizing and concentration estimates of DNA fragments on agarose gels generated by PCR or restriction digest.
Log Scale DNA Ladders are well suited for combination if small and large fragments should be analyzed on one gel.
