Nucleotides used to generate DNA containing reactive groups (triple bonds) by PCR. These groups enable the attachment of reporter groups such as biotin or fluorescent dyes by click chemistry. This allows the synthesis of highly-modified DNA strands carrying multiple labels in a density that is not achieved by classic labeling techniques.
