Affinity Chromatography Kits - ATP AffiPur Kits |

|
The ATP AffiPur Kits are designed for the fast and easy purification of ATP binding proteins. Each kit contains one affinity chromatography material carrying immoblized ATP plus all the buffers and components required for the purification procedure - just follow the protocol from the user's guide.
Binding capacity of an ATP binding protein strongly depends on how the ATP is attached to the matrix. It is therefore recommended to determine the most suitable ATP affinity material before starting to purify a new protein using the ATP Affinity Test Kit.
