6% CL-Nickel ChroMatrix™ is a superior immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) resin that uses nickel ions for purifying recombinant polyhistidine-tagged proteins. 6% CL-Nickel ChroMatrix™ can be used in gravity-flow columns, FPLC and small- or large-scale batches. The material can be reused several times without any significant decrease in yield.
