LEXSY Molecular Tools - Expression Vectors
The new versatile constitutive pLEXSY-2 vectors (EGE-231 to EGE-234) and inducible pLEXSY_I vectors (EGE-243 to EGE-251) were developed for both, cytosolic or secretory expression of target proteins. Please, refere to LEXSY Expression Kits section for detailled description. The LEXSY control vectors (EGE-246 to 248) allow induction monitoring by simple fluorescence measurement.
For constitutive expression we recommend the standard vector pLEXSY-sat2 for selection of LEXSY expression strains with the antibiotic LEXSY NTC.
