Custom Synthesis of Nucleotide Analogs |

Nucleotides and their analogs are characterized by a very large diversity in terms of structure, substitution pattern, and hence, nomenclature. Since IUPAC-names don't really help here, Jena Bioscience provides two ways of navigating through our world of nucleotides. Use the navigation bar on the left to browse our nucleotide portfolio by function or by base.

Important notes:
|

- In general, all our nucleotides have a purity of >95 % by HPLC (standard dNTPs >99 %). For specific information (e.g. the amount of diphosphate in a particular batch of a non-hydrolizable triphosphate analog...) please email to nucleotides@jenabioscience.com.
- For your convenience, Jena Bioscience offers nucleotides as 10 mM aqueous stock solutions (pH 7.5) which is ideal for most applications. Upon request, most nucleotides are alternatively available as lyophilized solids or at different concentrations. Just contact us if you require a particular nucleotide in a different form than 10 mM solutions.
- Most nucleotides are available as small (S) and large (L) packs, with an L pack equal to five S packs. Thus, when ordering an L pack, you may receive five individual S packs.
- Unit definition: 1 unit = 1 µl of a 10 mM solution
- Unless stated otherwise, all our nucleotide preparations are long-term stable when stored at -20°C.
- If you require large amounts (> 5 L packs) please contact us at nucleotides@jenabioscience.com for special discounts.
